I am fortunate to have three team members who have all been in the practice for over 10 years, which means that all of your questions can be adequately answered no matter what stage of your journey you are on. No problem is too small for us to help you with.

I have worked in the Medical Industry for the past 18 years with the last 11 years being the Practice Manager for Dr Lotz.

My role requires great attention to detail, compassion for our patient’s concerns and good listening skills in order for patients to be informed and clear on all aspects of their surgery.

I pride myself on helping patients to the best of my ability so that their experience with our surgery is professional, caring and personalised and take great care to ensure all patients feel respected and looked after throughout their whole surgery experience from their initial consultation to their final follow-up appointment.

I worked for 12 years on the Burns and Plastic Surgery Unit at the Royal North Shore Hospital as both a Clinical Nurse Specialist and then the Nursing Unit Manager. I have always had a passion for plastic and reconstructive surgery, being fascinated by the ability in plastic surgery to remove, repair or reconstruct skin and tissue, whilst minimising scarring, and maintaining or improving function.

I have worked with Dr Lotz as the Practice Nurse in his rooms since June 2010. I thoroughly enjoy working with our patients to ensure that they receive the best quality of care at all times, always feel safe and are treated respectfully. It is important to me as a health professional that all patients and their families walk away from our practice feeling well cared for.
